Industrial artifacts
It's not new, industrial buildings are constantly transformed, reprogrammed, reused.
They become today new urban artifacts of cultural and historical interests, ant not functional ones - they are rarely reused for new industrial programs.
I studied, visited some of these artifacts, proposed for some their evolution, and even worked in one of them.
